Estate Merlot 2021
A Classic Returns
After several years, we are pleased to reintroduce a
single-varietal Estate Merlot to our lineup.
Crafted from hand-harvested fruit grown on our vineyard,
the Merlot 2021 embodies the depth, elegance,
and refinement that this noble varietal deserves.
Aged in a selection of French oak barrels, this vintage showcases ripe black cherry, plum, and cassis, accented by notes of dark chocolate, cedar, and warm spices.
The result is a silky, full-bodied wine with beautifully integrated tannins and a lingering, refined finish.
This new vintage is a testament to the patience and care
we take in producing wines that honor
both tradition and terroir.
