WINE CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Discounts, perks, and details vary by club level.​​

  •  As an Estate Club Member, you agree to purchase four bottles of wine, four times a year.

  •  As a Reserve Club Member, you agree to purchase six bottles of wine, four times a year.

 

Upon joining the club, you will be charged for the current wine club release.  You can customize the wines in the release.  

 

Our Winemaker selects the wines for each release.  You will have the opportunity, however, to customize seasonal wine allocations.  Wine Club quarterly transactions will be processed on the 1st of February, May, August, and November, and will be automatically charged to the card on file. 

 

You agree to maintain an active credit card on file at all times.  Failure to maintain an active credit card will result in suspension or cancellation of your membership without notice.

 

If you choose to have your seasonal allocations shipped, you agree to maintain a valid shipping address on file.

  • Please note that wine shipments require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older upon delivery.

 

If you choose to pick up your seasonal allocations, you agree to pick up the wines at the Winery within 30 days of charges. 

  • Beginning March 1, 2026, a $25 monthly storage fee will be charged to the card on file for purchased wine orders that have not been picked up within 60 days.    

  • Unclaimed orders (left at the Winery over 4 months), will be returned to inventory and no refund issued.  

 

You may cancel membership at any time by sending an email to wineclub@quievremont.com.

  • Membership must be cancelled one month prior to the seasonal release (i.e., before January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1), to avoid being charged for the upcoming release.

 

Club membership discounts are non-transferable and purchases must be made by the club members listed on the account.
