TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WINE CLUB RELEASES
There are 4 seasonal releases per year; February, May, August, and November. Members are notified by email about the upcoming release and the wines in the release. They are also given a two-week period during which they may customize the wine selection, if they wish. Shipments and pickups cannot be edited or cancelled once processed. The wines marked for pick up at the Winery are available Thursday through Monday for a couple of weeks following the Release Date. Wines not picked up by the end of the release period are shipped to members unless the member has contacted the winery to arrange for an alternative pick up date.
SHIPPING
Wines are shipped on the date indicated in the release date notification. Wines must be shipped to an address where someone over 21 is able to sign for the shipment.

Wines are shipped via UPS and are delivered Monday through Friday, during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.

Packages will require the signature of someone 21 years or older.

UPS will attempt three deliveries, after which, if they are unsuccessful, the wines are returned to the winery and the wine club member is notified.

Members are responsible for secondary shipping fees for the same package.

Members are required to notify the wine club manager of any changes to credit card and shipping address information.
CANCELATION
By joining the wine club you agree to a one-year commitment to the club. If the membership is cancelled before 6 months of the commitment is met, a $100 early termination fee will be applied. If cancelled before 1 year but after 6 months a $50 fee will be applied.

Written notice of cancellation is required 30 days in advance via email to wineclub@quievremont.com

Once cancelled, wines that have been already paid for must be picked up within 60 days. Wines not picked up will be returned to inventory and a refund will not be issued (unless other arrangements have been made).

We reserve the right to terminate wine club memberships after a six-month period of inability to charge. Wines may be returned to inventory. Refunds are not issued in this case.
